We Are In the Home Stretch of PARP Week...

Day 4 of PARP Week was marked with lots of participation and excitement! Here's a recap of the day:
  • Students, teachers, AND staff all got into the spirit of Pajama Day, which was today's In-school PARP activity. Each student also received one of the books pictured below to "cozy up with" in his/her pajamas.

  • The Riddle of the Day had everyone scratching their head...Why did Mickey Mouse want to become an astronaut?  To visit Pluto, of course!
  • Ms. Korn welcomed 7 more Guest Readers into the Library who read a tale (or two) to some very excited students.
  • Students continue to color in "Random Acts of Kindness Library Book Notes" during Library Special.  The notes will be placed randomly in books throughout the School Library for students to find when they take out books.

  • Our collection of gently used books, magazines, e-readers, CD's and DVD's for The Book Fairies is going great!  While we aren't finished yet, we have several full box loads of books that will make some deserving children and adults happy very soon.
